Bean is a true little fighter. She came to us with one eye completely destroyed, likely due to a virus or infection. After several vet visits, the eye had to be surgically removed. Shortly after, she developed a severe infection (ulcer) in her remaining eye, which she is still being treated for.

Bean has a strong personality. Unlike the other kittens, who usually let us clean their eyes without protest, Bean lets us know exactly how she feels about it, she’s definitely a little princess. Despite everything she’s been through, she’s incredibly sweet, though a bit more reserved than the others. That’s understandable, considering the many medical treatments she’s had to endure to become the strong girl she is today.

Bean is looking for a home with someone who understands her journey and can offer her the love, patience, and gentle care she needs to fully trust and thrive.
